Henry VIII and his six wives

The King Henry the eighth of England was famous for many things, but he was also famous because had six wives.
Catherine Parr is the sixth wife, lived on after the king’s death. She tells the story of the king to count like they died.

The firth wife was Katherine of Aragon. Henry divorced Katherine of Aragon because he wanted a son and she only gave him a daughter the Princes Mary. Katherine did have a son, but he died when he was only seven weeks old. Henry broke with the Pope and the Catholic Church, but divorced her. And that’s how the Church Henry, she is reading the letters of the other five wives of England began. The king became head of the Church.
The second wife was Anna Boleyn was beheaded in the terrible prison, the Tower of London, because she didn’t give a son and she was a strange woman. She had six fingers on one hand.

The fourth wife was Anna Cleves. Henry you divorced of her after 6 months and he gave her five hundred pounds a year and the palace of Richmond.
The fifth wife was Katherine Howard was only eighteen and Henry forty-nine, thirty years older than her. She died in the tower of London because she had an others lovers

I like very much this book; it is interesting to know that it is what I pass this historical character's women. this book is a classic but modern too.
It is read well, it is not difficult to understand. I recommend this good book.
