Present Perfects Tense

The present perfect is formed like this:
Positive Sentences
A personal pronoun + verb Have + the past participle form of the main verb.
I have (or has) been
Negative sentences
A personal pronoun + verb Have in negative (haven't) + the past participle form of the main verb.
I haven´t (or hasn't) been
Question tence
verb Have in negative (haven't) + A personal pronoun + the past participle form of the main verb.
Have (or has) you been??
We use it when ....
-When the time period has not finished:
I have seen three movies this week
-When the time is not mentioned:
He has failed his exam again
-When the time is recent:
She has just arrived in Victoria.
-With for and since .
Greg has lived here for 20 years
Greg has lived here since 1978
